Our story
T. Roy Barnes Drugry is a pharmacy serving patients and customers in Tulsa, OK for 85 years. The first Pharmacy, in a Medical building in downtown Tulsa, was established in 1941. It was a huge success as T. Roy Barnes set a standard in Pharmacy for generations to come.
At one time, he made it a policy that a pharmacist would always answer the phone. “You can always talk to the Pharmacist at T. Roy Barnes Drugry”. This was during the time when an average prescription was about $2.00. How times have changed.
Today, T. Roy Barnes Drugry is serving Tulsa and the surrounding community with prescription delivery, a drive-thru window, nursing home and assisted living service, and an excellent opportunity to get to know the pharmacist that takes care of your needs. These are just a few of the benefits that make T. Roy Barnes Drugry special to its customers and patients. The pharmacists and staff strive to stay current on the latest trends and developments in Pharmacy. Each Pharmacist completes continuing education requirements each year in a variety of subjects.

T. Roy Barnes Drugry has been serving patients and customers in Tulsa, OK for 85 years. First opened in 1941 in downtown Tulsa, T. Roy Barnes’ pharmacies quickly set a standard in locally-owned pharmacies for generations to come.
Today, T. Roy Barnes Drugry is owned by a new generation of pharmacists, but the culture of high standards and superb customer service still rings true. The team serves the Tulsa metro from their centrally-located pharmacy at 34th and Yale Avenue. Modern amenities include prescription delivery, online reordering and a drive-thru as well as nursing home and assisted living services.

Sharon Hayes
Pharm D. · Managing partner
Sharon Hayes, Pharm D. is a 1988 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy and in 2003 she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy. She began her career at T. Roy Barnes in 1991 and became a managing partner in 2018. One of the favorite part of her job is the close relationships she has formed with her patients and the care is able to provide.
